With how busy I have been with my new job as Assistant Brewer at Gordon Biersch, I have been slacking at adding new beers to the project. During the week, I still get to sample beers (mostly from the various GB’s that I work at), but I don’t usually count those unless on rare occasion since I’m working. But last night (4/9/2016) Ryan and I went to the Caboose Brewing Company (Vienna, Virginia, USA) for a beer after she got off work. I tried Caboose’s Sidetrack Saison Cask, a 6% alcohol by volume (ABV) Farmhouse Saison with dill, lemon zest, and rosemary added to the cask and aged for 2 weeks.
