Last night (08/30/2015) Ryan and I made the Veggie Pot Pie from Allrecipes.com which included carrots, potatoes, peas, onions, broccoli, celery, and mushrooms.
To go along with my pot pie, I had Magic Hat’s Stealin’ Time which I found at BlackBeard’s (Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands) the day before. This was a 5.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) Wheat Ale With Ginger from the Magic Hat Brewing Company, headquartered in South Burlington, Vermont, USA. The Magic Hat Brewing Company is currently owned by Cerveceria Costa Rica (a unit of the Costa Rican company Florida Ice & Farm Co.).
According to Magic Hat’s website, Stealin’ Time was brewed using pale and wheat malts, Apollo and Simcoe hops, and ginger. Magic Hat’s Stealin Time has an IBU (International Bitterness Units; used to measure bitterness) content of 20 and an SRM (Standard Reference Method; used to measure color) content of 6. This summer seasonal from the Magic Hat Brewing Company is available in 6-packs, 12-packs, and variety packs.
I have added a small description of Stealin’ Time taken from Magic Hat’s website below:
“STEALIN’ TIME IS A HAZY SUMMER SIPPER THAT WILL WHILE AWAY THE DAYS WITH A LIGHT MALT SWEETNESS, BALANCED BY HOPS AND A PINCH OF GINGER.” – Magic Hat Brewing Company
